Popcorn Anyone?

I like popcorn... popcorn and chocolate are even better!
Tonight I was going to watch a movie and really wanted popcorn, so being the good weight watchers girl that I am, I looked at the ingredients to figure out the points for some popcorn.

Are you seeing what I'm seeing?
Who eats 3 tbsp of UNPOPPED Popcorn?
That's the strangest thing I've ever seen! Are there really people out there who buy microwaved popcorn and open the package and eat the salty, buttery, hard, kernels? How bizarre!

Well thankfully for me, I enjoy my popcorn popped and seeing that 1 cup of popped popcorn is much lower in Calories then unpopped,
I think I'll stick with that!

(And in case you were wondering, 3 cups of popped popcorn is only 1 point!)

Yum Yum...

To those of you who do not know, as of 2 weeks ago, I and a few of my friends have started to do Weight Watchers. I was a little apprehensive at first, but have found it a wonderful way to keep me on track with what I eat and hopefully to loose LOTS of weight.

I've lost 8 pounds in the last 2 weeks already!

And since I was doing such a great job, Weight Watchers has decided to lower the amount of points I can have per day now I can eat 27 points worth of food instead of 28...

hmmm... oh well... I can do it!

But anyways... that's not the point of this blog.

To be more healthy, I have steered away from my favorite Starbucks drink of a Carmel Machiato because it was about 6 points. Now I have been drinking NonFat Caffe Lattes. Sometimes I get them iced, which curiously enough, is less calories then if you get them hot... still have to figure that one out.

I always ask for "light ice" because I hate when the ice fills up more room then my drink. Today, my friendly barista got me my drink and as I was walking out to my car, I noticed that she had abbreviated "light ice":

So now it looked like I ordered a "Grande Caffe Latte with LICE"!
Ha... I though that was pretty funny!
That's my story for today :-)
