June 18th....
oh... I guess that's me!
So, as you know, if you've been reading this blog, I have been on Weight Watchers for about a month. I have been super stoked on it and been able to follow the plan really well.
![]() | THANKS for logging your weight. You've lost weight since you last visited the weight tracker. You must feel pleased that those pounds are coming off! However, we notice that you've lost more than an average of 2 pounds per week over three or more weeks. This rate is too rapid — it may be unsafe or unhealthy. While we're proud of your achievements and pleased you're making changes in your life, we need you to concentrate on one more thing: You should slow the pace of your weight loss to no more than 2 pounds per week.

To those of you who do not know, as of 2 weeks ago, I and a few of my friends have started to do Weight Watchers. I was a little apprehensive at first, but have found it a wonderful way to keep me on track with what I eat and hopefully to loose LOTS of weight.
I've lost 8 pounds in the last 2 weeks already!
And since I was doing such a great job, Weight Watchers has decided to lower the amount of points I can have per day now I can eat 27 points worth of food instead of 28...
hmmm... oh well... I can do it!
But anyways... that's not the point of this blog.
To be more healthy, I have steered away from my favorite Starbucks drink of a Carmel Machiato because it was about 6 points. Now I have been drinking NonFat Caffe Lattes. Sometimes I get them iced, which curiously enough, is less calories then if you get them hot... still have to figure that one out.
I always ask for "light ice" because I hate when the ice fills up more room then my drink. Today, my friendly barista got me my drink and as I was walking out to my car, I noticed that she had abbreviated "light ice":
